<Collected Sentences> is an ongoing drawing series that began in 2020,
visualizing the transformation and movement of a “body that simply exists,” unconfined by social roles or signifiers.
Here, the body is one that passes through pain and suffering while remaining outside the norms of “normality.”
The work gives shape to atypical and heterogeneous forms that slip away from standardized images of the body
; through the juxtaposition of image and text, it visually renders the body while articulating internal sensations.
Each piece intertwines bodily forms with language to write a “dictionary of the body.”
These two-dimensional works further expand into stop-motion animation,
manifesting as bodies that sense and operate on their own through repeated cycles of deconstruction and recombination.
